Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped to you by ELTA Registered Mail at the shipping address you have stated in your order. Your order will be delivered to you within 7-14 working days, if submitted before 9am CET +2. Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.
All orders are processed, shipped and delivered on working days (i.e., from Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Shipping costs will be available at the payment stage of the transaction and are born by the customer. Shipping costs vary depending on the price of your order.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Domestic
€00.01 - €99.99 : €11.00
Over €100 : FREE
International
€00.01 - €199.99 : €12.50
Over €200 : FREE
PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
At this time, https://www.vouno.store/ is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.
https://www.vouno.store/ Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
Returns
Due to the limited nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
If a package is returned to Vounó due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, or if the customer was not available for the delivery or the pickup of the order, Vounó is not responsible for return or re-delivery shipping fees.
Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). https://www.vouno.store/ reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

1. Where do you ship? We offer free ELTA Registered Mail on all domestic orders over €100 and on all international orders over €200. The customer is responsible for any shipping, import duties, taxes or any other government charges.
2. When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to arrive. Delivery times may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, or promotions.
